The Alternative fit has been specially designed for a diversity of face shapes, suiting those with low nose-bridges, high cheekbones and wider faces. It also sometimes mentioned Asian fit, however suitable for everyone having the mentioned face shape.
On the glasses called Alt. Fit the nose pads are longer, so that the frames sit further away from cheeks. The nose bridge is narrower, to make the frames feel secure and stable on face. The frames also reduced the frame curvature making them more flat – straight, preventing cheek indentations.
