A beautifully extravagant example of early Christian Lacroix eyewear, combining a sculptural oversized silhouette with rich tortoiseshell-red Optyl, delicate gold-tone detailing and softly graduated purple lenses.
The ornate gold temple accents and signature CL monogram capture the unmistakable Lacroix aesthetic – opulent, theatrical and distinctly different from the minimalist eyewear of the period.
Produced during the formative years of the Christian Lacroix fashion house, the 7342 represents the exuberant design language that made Lacroix one of the defining names of late-1980s and early-1990s Parisian fashion.
