I mytologin var Pegasus en trogen vän som hjälpte många av forntidens hjältar på deras äventyr. Så lojal och hängiven var han att gudarna lät den bevingade hästen bli odödliggjord som en stjärnbild – som i dag räknas som Västerbottens landskapsstjärnbild.
Tillverkad av bioacetat, en blandning av trä och bomullsmassa. Både trä och bomull är förnybara resurser som är lättillgängliga i vår närhet. Det biologiskt nedbrytbara acetatet är fritt från skadliga ämnen som petroleum eller ftalater. En del i EOE:s arbete med att skapa hållbara solglasögon i skandinavisk design.

Titan är ett slitstarkt, mycket flexibelt och lätt material, vilket gör det perfekt för att ge en hög komfort. Beta-titanium som används i EOE:s bågar är det enda icke-återvunna mateiralet vi använder i våra bågar idag, men förblir hållbart tack vare sin långa livslängd.

Inom samisk tradition speglar stjärnhimlen en berättelse – den stora älgjakten. I berättelsen jagas den stora älgen Sarvva av bland andra jägaren Gallas tre söner, som motsvarar de tre stjärnorna i Orions bälte.
